Tracy always has a smile on her face and offers to help and assist by specifically stating the interventions she will perform. Tonight, we had a STAT C-Section and Tracy jumped right in to help the patient feel calm by listening to her fears. In addition, Tracy administered a STAT medication to my patient because I was prepping and completing other STAT orders. Tracy's initiative exemplifies her duties here at St. Joe's.
