Tracy practices unwavering commitment to patient safety and care, always! She was recognized by a patient for “going above and beyond, by taking the time to listen to all of her needs and expressing that she would take care of everything that was outstanding. Her favorite part was when Tracy sat down to speak with her and go over her discharge paperwork in a manner in which it was so detailed that she understood every single line. "Tracy was kind, compassionate, and made me feel like a human again after a procedure.” Tracy, thank you for your empathy. Your act of kindness helped allay the fears and anxiety of our patient.
