Tracy Eastman, RN

During a very scary time, my mother was in the Emergency Room. There were a lot of people in the room working on her and trying to get an IV. Tracy Eastman somehow came in in the middle of this craziness and got my mother’s IV started, talked to her, and listened to her. The only thing my mom would drink was root beer. This hospital doesn’t carry it, so on Tracy’s break, she ran to the gas station and got her one and delivered it to her room on Medical-Surgical. Tracy not only provided great nursing care but great personal care.

Tracy made sure to check on the patient multiple times through the night and was very comforting and compassionate. She was very attentive in listening to the patient who had recently lost a grandchild. The patient said the medical field needs more Nurses like Tracy and that the patient will never forget her kindness during one of the hardest times in her life.
