Tracy has been my sister's nurse all week in ICU. She has such compassion for her patients and their families. She sits down with her patients to explain everything she is doing. She takes extra time when needed to calm patients, is the voice for her patients when they are unable. She is on top of everything and always is one step ahead. She truly cares about her patients and loves what she does and it shows. Tracy has made a very hard time much easier for all of us.
