Tracy made my dad and me feel welcome from the moment she greeted us at the "window". as soon as she got my dad prepped, she came and got me from the waiting room. After the procedure, she called and knew I was across the street, so she met me at the back entrance to save me some steps.

Upon recovery and discharge, she explained Dad's Foley and made us both feel very at ease in the discharge! She treated us like royalty, from getting Dad a snack and a drink to getting him fluids.

Then, upon exit, she walked Dad all the way to the car. There was no question she did not answer or a need she did not anticipate. She is indeed extraordinary!
