My son was in an auto accident where his car was totaled. The EMTs took us to Berlin's ER. I was unhappy because I thought we were going to a different hospital. I was very surprised when we arrived, I was happy it was Virtua. From the first contact to the last contact the ER nurses and Doctors were attentive, caring, compassionate, and everything else a great nursing staff provided. Oh, knowledgeable too. From this day on, if my family and friends need an ER it would be Virtua Berlin! Excellent care is rare. As a military person who has lived in different states, I would again say change nothing!
