Tracy Hatch always does a wonderful job of communicating with her patients, their family members, and providers throughout her shift. Tracy had a patient that was being treated for multiple symptoms, including psychiatric. The patient became agitated and wanted to leave. Tracy was able to calm the patient enough that the patient decided she would stay, all while communicating with the attending physicians. Tracy went above and beyond to make sure her patient would be successful after discharge from the hospital. Great job Tracy!
