She was so professional and nice throughout the process. She explained everything that was happening to me as it went along. She has a wonderful smile that makes you feel comfortable right away. She had a gentle touch and I usually have problems with IVs. She had no problem getting mine started. Even my husband could not believe she got it on the first try. I've never been treated as good as I was with her.
