There was a patient on our unit whose daughter expressed how impressed she was with Tracy. She said she was professional and took care of her father's every need. She told me personally that there were many nurses that were good but that Tracy stood out among the rest. Her hard work, compassion, and always coming by the room to ensure he was okay, made this daughter relaxed enough to go home once in a while.

Tracy is friendly and forthcoming with her care with the family and patients. She always has a positive attitude. She picks up extra shifts to help the team. She is an important member of our team. We are fortunate to have Tracy as part of our 4 North family.
