While on vacation at Steamboat Rock State Park, I started to develop a laundry list of things that were going wrong with my body. Bottom line, I ended up being very sick and admitted to your hospital with a UTI, pneumonia, and inevitably, sepsis. During my recovery here, I was lucky enough to have my stay here coincide with your angel of mercy, day nurse Tracy Jagla. Don't misunderstand me; my entire care has been absolutely top-notch. But I especially want to praise my day nurse, Tracy.

Highlights of her care include:
Knowledge of her trade
Able to explain what procedures I was going through
Information about the meds I was given
Advocating for me to my doctor

She worked tirelessly and was with me up to day five of my stay. If I needed it, she got it for me, but mostly, she was very much my emotional support during my stay here. Her upbeat personality and sense of humor were an integral part of my recovery. I definitely want to sing her praise, and if you don't know it, you are extremely lucky to have her as your employee.
