Tracy Kilian, RN

Tracy was drawing labs on a patient, this patient told her she was going through a hard time as her son had died a week ago and his birthday was this past week also. Tracy talked with the patient and offered her condolences. While the patient was waiting for her labs to return so she could have an infusion Tracy bought the patient flowers to give to her with her infusion, signed them from the department. Upon receiving them the patient and her husband started crying and were so thankful for this thoughtful selfless act. Tracy is an amazing caring nurse and made a significant impact on this patient and her husband during this awful time.
