Although she was never assigned as my mother's nurse when I needed help (at least four times) Tracy Lovejoy saw me without hesitation, she came to our room and helped. I could not let this go unnoticed; she is a real team player as well as being caring and thoughtful. She was comforting to us, took care of our needs in a timely fashion, spent time talking with me and listened to what I had to say.
