Tracy is without a shadow of a doubt my rock at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Irving. He is a diamond in the rough and was vital to my healing process. I was blessed to receive care from him both before and after surgery. I asked him to push me, teach me, and challenge me to heal. I didn't want to coast. I wanted to soar! We went over every possible outcome recovery related so I was prepared for whatever reality I would wake up to after surgery. Tracy even made sure to arrive early on the day of my surgery to send me off to the OR.

Tracy kills when it comes to excellence. He never stops. He fought every battle with me. He took my healthcare, diet, and post-op success very personally. He is a rock star! I have shared this with every nurse tech, doctor, surgeon, and care team member. He made my experience pure excellence. He focused on my mental health as much as my physical well-being. He pushed me hard even when I pushed back. I am proud to say I was able to walk just hours after surgery thanks to his encouragement!

Tracy has an amazing bedside manner. He had answers to possible situations I didn't even think to ask. When I asked him why he chose nursing as his profession, he said his mom was a nurse. It is obvious he was destined to serve the sick. His heart is pure and his dedication was evident in the care I received. Tracy, you are truly the reason I never gave up. Diagnosis after diagnosis, you helped me fight harder. I could see the love in your eyes every time you entered my room. You will never know how much I needed that. You taught me to love from the pain and for that, you will forever be my friend!
