Recently we had a patient who delivered a 20 week fetus that was non-viable. The patient and her significant other were of course deeply impacted. Tracy was so kind and compassionate to this patient. She cleaned the fetus and placed a little hat on the baby's head as the mother wanted to hold her child. Tracy additionally made handprints of the baby for the family and personally walked the child to the morgue. The family in a time of crisis responded well to Tracy's generous, kind, and compassionate actions. She was a great example of our ICARE Values.
