Tracy is not just a great nurse, a loyal friend and a natural leader, she is also someone we look up to and strive to be like. She not only knows every company policy, but she has an answer to any question and a solution for every difficult situation that comes in. Most importantly she is the type of leader that will always have your back.
Tracy has a way of making each employee feel taken care of under her leadership and no matter what the workday throws at us she will command the environment and take charge in a position most people cannot. Her talent and vast knowledge take the role of resource nurse to a whole other level. She possesses the ability to be in charge and assertive while at the same time be approachable and dependable for every employee. I am lucky enough to work with her.
