Tracy was nominated by a colleague because she always arrives "with a smile on her face, always happy to help." When Tracy had to assist a familiar oncology patient, she noticed the patient was having trouble breathing. Tracy convinced the patient to get checked out in the Emergency Department. When the patient was hesitant because they were scared, Tracy stayed with the patient the entire time in the ED, comforting them.
