Tracy was so efficient while still ensuring our questions were answered and that we knew what the plan was for our little guy.
Our son started having issues, and we had been trying to keep him comfortable at home, but after a couple of days, we knew he needed to be seen. Soon after our arrival, Tracy came in, introduced herself, and explained that she needed to run some tests on our son because he was looking very weak. While completing the tests, she was explaining everything she was doing in terms my husband and I could understand.
When my son's tests came back with some concerns, she immediately sprung to action, while still maintaining a sense of calm in the room and explaining what she was doing (a tough feat when dealing with 2 parents who were extremely concerned). While we were focusing on our son, Tracy was working hard to get all the pieces in place to figure out what was going on with him. Tracy was so efficient while still ensuring our questions were answered and that we knew what the plan was for our little guy. Our son was an interesting patient with multiple challenges, but Tracy always made us feel like we made the right call bringing our son in to be seen, and that our son was going to be taken care of. Even when we asked for additional little items, Tracy never made us feel like a burden. The care we received, the explanations we were given, and even the moments when Tracy would come in and check on our son and then say to me, "How's it going, mom? Can I get you anything?" made us feel like we were being extremely well taken care of. She was so gentle with our son, making sure his comfort was at the forefront. One instance, after Tracy left the room to go grab something, I looked at my husband and said, "our son is so lucky to have her today." Thank you for your kindness and your compassion, Tracy!
