Tracy Rose, RN

We had a 4-month-old come in, in cardiac arrest, and didn’t make it. The mother had just been told that her child passed away and she was having a very challenging time accepting the news and grieving. The mother was physically unable to stand and was on the floor in the main doorway, Tracy sat down on the floor and pulled the mother into her lap and held her, and wiped the mother’s tears as she sobbed. Tracy then continued to be with the family and was able to get the mother into the family support room. Tracy consoled the mother during the entire stay. Tracy stepped in and showed the mother such compassion, love, and sympathy. Tracy is not only a wonderful nurse, but she is just an overall amazing person.
