Tracy comes to work with a smile on her face, is always patient-focused and tries to do the little things that make such a big difference to patients and families while they are here at HCMC.
Tracy has a lot of skills and experience that she freely shares with her peers to help them grow in their own nursing practice. She is seen by peers as a knowledgeable and competent resource and preceptor for new staff. Tracy is a patient teacher. She was an early adopter of change with the merger of CaRe and CMIC. She is constantly thinking of new ways to do things that would be beneficial to the organization or the unit. She consistently remains calm and is extremely resourceful as a charge nurse, even when a situation is deteriorating. She always has a friendly smile to share and is kind and compassionate with her patients.
