My husband was a patient at LVH-Pocono. Tracy went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and always answered his questions. She made sure he understood everything he was taking and why. My husband never felt that he was being forgotten or less important than the other patients in the unit.
I felt it was important to acknowledge her for her excellent care of not just my husband but for me and our family. We are not medical people and really needed to understand what was going on with my husband and why. Many times doctors would come in and we could not understand what they were telling us and Tracy was right there to explain in a way we could understand. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me! I am a worrier and this experience was very scary for me and I felt alone in the ER but when we got to his room and Tracy came in, I was put to ease right away.
