Tracy Welsch, RN

Tracy is the ultimate nurse. She automatically notified all the necessary doctors within less than 24 hours after my transfer back from Houston after major heart surgery. I returned on Wednesday. After telling Tracy that I was there for Rehab/PT, she persisted and had PT come to see me on Friday morning. She continued to keep me informed and followed up to ensure the defined plans (PT, wound care, antibiotics, dialysis) were all addressed. Tracy is a conscientious, helpful, and knowledgeable nurse. She is also very caring of both the patient and family members. Tracy has a positive attitude and she made a difference in my care and hospital stay.
