Tram is an outstanding nurse and coworker. A particular instance that stands out exemplifying Tram's dedication to teamwork, was a day that she had floated to ICU, and I needed an ultrasound-guided IV in PCU. Without hesitation, Tram arrived to help, with all of the equipment needed. She was more than happy to help. This is just one example of Tram's incredible teamwork. There are some days when she is called multiple times to help start a U/S guided IV for coworkers and on other floors. Each time she not only is willing to help, but she has to gather all of the supplies and retrieve the U/S machine from ICU prior to arriving where she is needed. I have never heard Tram refuse to help or complain, she truly loves her job and sharing her expertise.
