Tram is the epitome of an incredibly caring, thoughtful, professional, and amazing nurse. Our family member was under hospice care, and Tram took the time to provide him (and family/friends) with the utmost care and service. I'm so incredibly grateful for her kindness, sympathy, and energy to help us all heal and cope with such a difficult time. I had lost faith in hospitals, but Tram single-handedly restored my faith in humanity and that there were still good healthcare providers out there. Thank you, Tram! You are incredible, and the hospital-and the world-is a better place because of you!
