Trang was very kind and easy to talk to. I was very scared. When she first came in she told me right away what times she will come to do things and told me to call for anything else. She did her best to explain things to me and offer to get the doctor for me for questions she couldn't answer. She took the time to understand me because English is not my first language. Some people are not patient. She constantly checked in on me and my child. She did her best to let my child sleep. When other people came in to do my child's blood pressure, she did it instead when she was giving my child her medicine. I really like that. My child didn't poop for 2 days and I was scared so I asked her and she told me she changed him when I was sleeping and he did poop. I was glad. When we went home, she told me to take the rest of the diapers home because she had to throw them out when I leave. She highlighted my paper for me and sat down with me to read the paper with me. She took the time for me. It made me feel like we were the only people she was taking care of all day.
