Travis received multiple nominations throughout the 1st quarter of 2023. The patients he cared for highlighted how he always goes above and beyond what any other person has done for them. Travis is highlighted for his compassionate care, understanding in very tense and emotional circumstances, and ability to say the right thing at the right time to help patients feel supported and safe. Travis cared for multiple patients, even the ones that were not part of his daily assignment and this was greatly appreciated by these patients. Many of the patient stories spoke of the impact that Travis' care had in helping them get through a crisis and move forward to a healthier outlook on themselves and life.
