My father is in a nearby assisted living. He had fallen outside and was transported to the ED to be checked out. Travis was very professional and kept us well informed. He even made sure I was comfortable as I waited for Dad and his results. My father can be difficult to get along with and demanding. Travis listened patiently and made him feel heard. He showed empathy and yet didn't make commitments he couldn't keep. He was extremely gracious and joked around with my dad making him comfortable and content. That's not an easy task and Travis was exemplary and an excellent representation of your hospital.
