You are a compassionate nurse, especially during difficult times for patients who are in pain or on comfort care. You are at the bedside making sure patients are pain free and families are cared for as well.
Trecia is not only excellent with her patients but also with the staff. She shows a true care for her team here on the 5th floor and always goes above and beyond to make sure if we need anything she helps. She takes the time to update us on the different changes that take place and for me is a valuable resource for support. Her professionalism and her kind heart to all are noticed and appreciated.
Trecia is a nurse who changes lives. We see your dedication to the vocation by incorporating the service value to all your patients. You ensure that bed alarms are on and walk your patients down our hallways, ensuring that they are safe and protected.
