This was a very big event in my life and you never failed to encourage me and always make me feel like I was moving ahead. Through every scary moment, you comforted me and offered such respect. As I go forward, I will never forget you. Keck is so lucky to have such a wonderful person on staff. You don't just see nursing as a career but as a calling. I was very lucky and very blessed to have had you assigned to me. We wish you well each and every day.

Tress has been with us from the beginning. Tress is soft-spoken, calm, knowledgeable, gentle, and prompt when we needed her. Tress is respectful, personable, and always humble. She took the time to explain our situation in an easy to understand format. She always made us feel at home. It was obvious to us that what Tress does when reporting to work is much more than just a job. Thank you for who you have become and for your work ethics and your unsurpassed dedication. We live in a world where we are too quick to criticize one another, but I'm here to tell you that your accomplishments have not gone unnoticed and are so widely appreciated and needed. Thank you, Tress, and all of your co-workers and support staff on the frontlines and behind the scenes for making our visit to Keck Medicine of USC the most positive experience. Out of something bad came something good. You will always have a special place in our hearts.
