We had a patient who took a precipitous turn for the worse overnight. The provider wanted to scan the patient for a PE. Trevor pushed to have the patient's abdomen scanned as the patient was complaining of severe abdominal pain. The patient ended up having a perforated bowel and required emergency surgery. The patient lived because Trevor is a steadfast patient advocate. Amazing work.
