Trevor explained tests in great detail and I could understand better and this calmed my fears. When I had a small emergency he flew to the rescue and applied pressure, called for help and stayed the entire time to make sure all was good. He was an exceptional caregiver and he worked really well with other members of the team. He made me feel that I understood there were options and that an informed decision would make me feel better about all the overwhelming things that were happening to me.
