I was in excruciating pain. I begged for help and was told that the doctors were being asked to give more pain medicine. Until Trevor Keane realized that the Oxycodone was not sufficient to curb the pain, he asked that a small dose of morphine be given. This dose of morphine cut the pain to a level that could be tolerated. He did not take the easy way out; he insisted on the release of pain. I really felt that I was not coming out of the hospital. The hospital is primarily for pain control. If this is not done, the whole process falls apart.
