Trevor is truly an exceptional nurse. I've not seen many nurses with only 2 1/2 years of experience possess the same level of critical thinking, time management skills and compassion that Trevor exhibits.
In the past year, Trevor has received 8 e-feedback compliments; not only from peers, but also from physicians and families. Recurring themes include advocacy, flexibility, critical thinking skills, and teamwork.
In addition to working full time, Trevor is in his second year of the UW's DNP program. He handily balances both work and school. When Trevor is here at the hospital, he is 100% engaged in working with our patients/families. It is an honor to work with Trevor. He is a true asset to the nursing profession.
