Trey is so full of compassion, joy, love, and respect.
Trey Floyd has been my nurse for several nights since I was admitted to the Hospital. When I came into the hospital a week ago, I was not doing well. However, Trey kept me going. I don't know that I would have made it this long if he hadn't been my nurse.
I have been in and out of the Hospital 3 times since 2022, and Trey is the best nurse I've ever had care for me. Out of all of the nurses I've ever had, he is the best! He is so full of compassion, joy, love, and respect. He doesn't make you feel embarrassed during certain procedures. He's got talent to help people. I truly believe God put him in the right place at the right time, so he could be here for me.
He's been a Godsend to us. It's confusing for us trying to keep track of when I can get my medicines and what times. He takes the time to remind me that I can have my medicine at this time and that one at another time, and he's always on top of it!
We told him that last night would be my last night here. Even though he wasn't my nurse last night, he came by to check in on us and say his goodbyes. It ends up that I won't be discharged today, however I will be going to the Hospice house tomorrow. I have end-stage COPD, and I have requested to have Trey as my nurse tonight. It's only fitting that I get to have him as my nurse for my last night here since he has been such an angel to me and my husband.
