Tricia A. Ronchi, RN

Tricia was caring for a patient on hospice care who was transitioning to end of life care and was very nervous and had a lot of anxiety. Tricia recently got a new kitten so to help distract the patient, Tricia had a friend bring the kitten into work to let the patient play with her. This gave the patient, so much joy in a very difficult time. Tricia was very involved and supportive of the family too, she demonstrated great hospitality.
