The patient had twins and Trish was her nurse. Twins were premature and went to NICU. Mom struggled with nursing, NICU "life" and everything post-partum. Trish got patient on her feet, literally, and developed plan with her. "I have never felt more cared for before". She also made the older son visiting feel special.

After I got my epidural and my BP dropped super low and the baby's heart rate dropped super low she stayed calm. I knew I was in good hands. I could tell she genuinely cared about how I was doing and wanted the best for me and my baby. Excellent care and just an overall great person.
