Every time she's working in the ED she goes out of her way to assist in helping out, with starting my IV or drawing blood when she not even my nurse. Employees should be recognized for going out of their way, and she doesn't just do an average job. I am not in the best of health but nurses like Tricia make you feel better while you are in the Emergency room waiting for service.
