Tricia Montague is an exceptional Registered Nurse on the PCU. Tricia continuously showcases her “touch of love” and advocates for her patients. Tricia demonstrates empathy, compassion, and dedication to her patients. She has gone above and beyond for each of her patients but goes the extra mile when her patients are going through a difficult time. Tricia has bought clothes for patients on the unit, who would otherwise have nothing. She even coordinates deliveries to these patients when she is not working. Tricia begins each shift with positive energy and is a shining light to those who need her in their final moments. She recognizes their needs and proactively soothes their symptoms. Tricia is a blessing.
