Tricia was very attentive and responsive. Anytime we requested something, it was provided almost immediately. She seemed genuinely concerned and interested in my husband's treatment, recovery and comfort. As I remained with my husband around-the-clock, she made me comfortable as well. She was compassionate and took time to explain every medication, procedure, potential reactions, etc. which helped alleviate our anxiety and manage our expectations. Her professionalism did not hinder her bedside manner in any way and her caring manner only helped to build our trust in her abilities - a welcome relief in our time of stress.

Tricia took time to explain things when asked. For example, I was concerned about his shivering and she explained how the body was reacting to the infection and how the medications and interventions would help. Every time she entered the room she was cheerful and warm, announcing what she was going to do and upon leaving she let us know when we could expect her back - but always offered that she was readily available if we needed anything. She never appeared rushed or unsure and was very patient and comforting.
