Organized and structured yet so easy going and willing to lend an ear when needed, be relatable in situations that might be tough for someone, ready to jump in and help to solve a problem or get the job done efficiently.
Working in Health Care for the past 8 years, I've seen people and their attributes, how they work with others, and how they demonstrate in the clinical setting. There are so many great nurses and co-workers it is hard to pick just one, but I feel Tricia excels beyond most of these. She is an amazing person, nurse, co-worker, and manager. Definitely one-of-a-kind DAISY.
