When Trish Sims works with me, she helps me anytime I need help with a question on a patient. She is an LVN I can trust and count on whenever my co-worker is out. I always want Trish to help me. She always motivates me and reminds me that I am doing a great job, to always speak up, and to not be afraid to ask for help. She is by far one of the BEST LVNs I have worked with since I have been here at Shannon. Trish always goes above and beyond and is always ready to help. She is one nurse Shannon is blessed to have on staff. Love her so much. Her personality and positive attitude make patients want to come back just to see her.
