Tricia is an excellent RN with the most caring, beautiful heart. She is always focused on what she can do to provide each patient with the highest quality, compassionate care, and the best patient experience.
Tricia is chair of our unit council on 3 West. She is always willing to help precept new staff to 3 West. When visitation was put on hold due to COVID, Tricia made signs with handmade paper flowers to give to each patient acknowledging how difficult it is to be in the hospital without your loved ones, but assuring them we would take great care of them. Anyone who is fortunate to know Tricia agrees she was made to be a nurse and we are so thankful for her!
