I got the privilege of meeting Trieneke after coming up to my overnight room from the recovery room after I had my partial hysterectomy surgery. As soon as she came into my room and introduced herself as the charge nurse and proceeded to take care of me, I knew she was the one. I felt an immediate bond to her due to her professional manner and her empathy and extraordinary bedside manner. She communicates positively and professionally. She has genuine concern and nurturing kindness that just naturally flows from her. She is kind, gentle, compassionate, empathetic and meets all of my needs before she leaves the room. She is very respectful and takes her job seriously and responsibly. She is the ultimate definition of a nurse and more. If I had the money, I would pay for her to come home with me to continue caring for me for the duration of my 6-week recovery from my surgery, but you can't buy Trieneke, her profession and her care is priceless. You cannot put a price on high-quality care from such an exceptional nurse as she is. If I came into the hospital every day, I would choose her every time to be my nurse, hands down, no questions asked. Trieneke Shrable knows her stuff and strives to take care of her patients and meet every need.
She truly is a hero to me and she made my hospital stay worthwhile and easier to do. I was hesitant upon hearing that I was staying overnight, but my fear quickly subsided upon getting to know her on her shift and having her taking care of me.
