Trina Casey is amazing.  She always goes the extra mile for our patients and even staff.  She is always willing to help out with everything, even doing showers.  She helps round on all patients and answers all call lights.  She always has a smile on her face and is always willing to lend a listening ear.  Even on the days she’s tired or not feeling well, she does great care.

Trina has been very accommodating to my needs, kind, and positive.  She makes you feel like a long-lost friend, and I feel comfortable being here when she is my nurse.  She answers all my questions, and I appreciate her.  She never says “I don’t know,” she always finds the answer to my questions.

I’ve never been in rehab but have been struggling with diabetic neuropathy and (toe/foot) amputation(s) for almost ten years; a lot of time at Bryan West.  Nurse Trina has a very good bedside manner, always has time to listen, and is very attentive to patient care and needs.  When she’s working, I never have to wait too long for a response to the call light.  She puts me at ease (not easy to do).  Overall, she goes above and beyond consistently.

Trina is amazing to work with. She is always a team player, always helping with everything.  She helps round, does showers, answers call lights, helps the other nurse, etc. She is very caring to the patients as well; she sits in and listens to what they say.  She is caring, kind, and a hard worker.  My workday goes by much better when I work with her.  Even when she’s tired or not feeling well, I never hear her say "That’s not my job" or "That's not my patient".  She just steps in and does everything she can to help all of us.  I very much appreciate her.
