I have had terrible experiences with IVs and needles. Trina had the kindest bedside manner. I was on the edge of a panic attack and she kept me calm and reassured. Barb helped me after my first IV decided to be difficult. Trina and Barb both were kind, empathetic, and explained everything so well. I went from terrified to calm in their care.
