Trina was nominated by her peers for giving exceptional care to a non-verbal bedbound patient recently who had a lot of anxiety. Trina would spend over 30 minutes by the patient's side, soothing them and meeting their physical and emotional needs. The patient seemed to be less scared when Trina was their nurse. On top of that, Trina would request to be the patient's nurse every time.
