You can tell that Trisha-Ashley is dedicated to her profession from the instant you meet her. She greets you with a fabulous/warm smile for someone so young and perhaps "newer" to the profession.
At our first meeting/briefing with Trisha-Ashley, we felt she was honest, forthright, thorough and patient as we bombarded her with questions. Trisha-Ashley comes by her gifts naturally and with ease - Nothing is forced. She is sincere and earnest; she has a real knack for this profession and Saint Francis is very lucky to have her.
Trisha-Ashley seemed to have a number of patients with complex needs, and when R was told his great toe was to be amputated, he became inconsolable. Trisha-Ashley acted calmly, procedurally and thoroughly to help R and us get through it. She wasn't the least bit fazed or uncomfortable taking care of a mental health patient. Her selflessness and devotion to nursing are awesome. You've got a really good nurse - don't let her get away - she's very much an asset to Saint Francis.
