Trisha Lanphere is an RN who goes way above and way beyond what is asked of her every single shift. Trish is loved by all her coworkers for many reasons. She is loveable, she helps anyone, anytime with anything! She is a terrific Charge Nurse who is fair and kind and understanding to all who work with her. The way Trisha treats her patients and their families is equally as wonderful. She's very hands on and treats every patient like they are her only patient. Trisha is an all-around RN who does it all, including flipping between day and night shifts to help with staffing needs. She is a Rockstar.
Trisha is an amazing nurse that has worked tirelessly for St. Clare. In recent months, she has flexed her schedule to help on night check and without even trying has become a mentor and friend to many new nurses working with her. Trisha has wonderful energy, though it may be fueled strictly by caffeinated beverages. As a staff nurse, she shows compassion to her patients and helps those nurses working around her to lighten the work load. As a charge nurse, she is able to manage the ED with ease and assist staff nurses as needed. Trisha is a pleasure to work with and I always look forward to the shift when I get to share the floor with an experienced and highly qualified nurse like Trisha.
