I myself am also a nurse. My patient arrived from the OR at shift change and was very unstable. Trisha stepped in right away and began helping me. The patient remained unstable for the entire shift and Trisha was by my side the entire night helping save my patient's life. She is a very strong nurse with her skills and knowledge as well as a team player. Together we were able to stabilize my patient as much as possible until the ICU team of MDs arrived in the morning to begin CRRT. I would like to thank her and show her how much I appreciate her help.
