A patient was found disoriented and wandering around O'Hare airport. After receiving assistance, he was brought to 2 East. Trisha went above and beyond searching on the internet in an attempt to find his family. She was successful and contacted the family. The patient was then transferred to Alexian Brothers. The family reached out to Trisha and sent the following email:

Hi Trisha! My brother spent 4 1/2 wks at Alexian Brothers where he started getting better to the point of being discharged to home with us. He is doing day treatment at Compass now. Still, a ways to go, but going in the right direction. We thank our lucky stars that he ended up in your hands and thank you for your initiative in tracking us down when my brother arrived with you. We owe you a debt of gratitude for doing that, and we will remember you always for that! He remembers you well too (he remembers everything about his sojourn and his stay with you even though at the time none of us could really tell what he was processing and remembering). Thank you again for what you did for my brother and us! Take care, and let us know if we can ever do anything for you along the way!
