He was scared and worried that he would not be able to continue doing the things he does in his life due to the condition. When he met Trisha they made an almost instant connection and she assured him that if he followed the instructions and education she provided him that he would be able to live his life to the fullest. Trisha provided him her contact information and told him to put it on his refrigerator and to call anytime he has a question. Thanks to Trisha's knowledge of the disease process and connection with the patient, he is able to live his life and knows if he has a question or problem that Trisha is just a telephone call away.
